As far as he's concerned, they had their fight, they've both realized it was stupid full moon stuff, they can move on without the apologies or discussion of the event. He doesn't hold a grudge over it, even if he hasn't changed his opinion of Akihiko's not knowing... and that likely neither has Makoto.
